Having practiced Alignment-based Yoga, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa Yoga for over two decades, and as a certified Buteyko Breathing Instructor, Megan Clayton brings both depth and precision to her one-on-one yoga sessions. Each session integrates breath, movement, mindfulness, and meditation into a personalized, evolving practice designed to meet you exactly where you are — physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Rooted in the Eight Limbs of Yoga, Megan’s teaching evolves organically with the student. You begin by exploring the physical and energetic foundations — posture, breath regulation, and body awareness — and gradually move into deeper layers of concentration, meditation, and self-realization. The Eight Limbs are not a checklist to complete, but a framework that unfolds in rhythm with your personal growth.

Breath is at the heart of Megan’s method. Drawing from Buteyko breathing principles and neurophysiological science, you will learn to use the breath as both a diagnostic and therapeutic tool — to calm the nervous system, balance energy, and restore natural function. Each practice refines awareness of how your breath influences posture, emotional state, and the subtle flow of vitality throughout your body.

Drawing on her background in chiropractic medicine, movement therapy, and functional biomechanics, Megan tailors every sequence to your unique structure and nervous system. Expect precise alignment guidance, breath retraining, and mindfulness-based techniques that build strength, mobility, and inner stillness — creating a foundation for sustainable healing and clarity.

Your journey is supported by ongoing reflection and integration. Each one-on-one session is recorded and uploaded to your personal, password-protected webpage, allowing you to revisit practices, track your evolution, and embody the teachings at your own pace.
